MATSUNO LABEL is a Tokyo-based design-build studio. Founded by Kotaro Matsuno, our work spans architecture, carpentry, interior, electrical, real estate, and permits — all from one window.
We don't believe a signed blueprint is the end of the conversation. The site is where things become real, and that is where small, honest changes often make the difference between a house and a home.
So we stay with you. From the first "Could you also do this?" to the last brushstroke after move-in.
When the keys are handed over, there should be no corner of the house that whispers "this is where we settled." That is the room we want to give you.
